We are seeking career-minded candidates for the position of Restoration Project Manager. Restoration Project Managers are team players with awareness, common sense, initiative, good judgment, candor, conscientiousness, follow-through, and eagerness to work efficiently in a professional environment.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with other departments for the remediation of all moisture-related restoration requests and projects, perform regular quality control assessments, assist in coordination and scheduling inspections, repairs, etc., monitor projects regularly and frequently to ensure timely completion and quality control, ensure reports and documentation are accurate, kept up to date, and monitored daily.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
General maintenance technical and mechanical knowledge and skills, basic knowledge of equipment functions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:
2+ years as a restoration project manager or similar role
Valid driver’s license & current auto liability insurance is required
Special consideration for applicants with prior experience as a maintenance technician or like position
