*COMPENSATION: STARTING AT $68,6400.00 - $70,040.00 (Annually)* (Depending on qualifications)


We at HCA Real Estate Services are seeking career-minded, team-oriented candidates to join the restoration department within our company. Restoration Project Managers are the central liaison between on-site staff, vendors, and the executive team, ensuring all restoration projects are completed on time, on budget, and to HCA’s standard of excellence.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)


●       Assist in the inspection and coordination of all restoration and environmental remediation efforts across HCA’s portfolio


●       Manage inspection and repair schedules, showing a strong sense of urgency and accountability with an adept focus on organization


●       Conduct quality control checks, ensuring projects are properly documented, work scope is accurate, and all stakeholders are informed in a clear and timely manner


●       Work cross-functionally with the property management and maintenance departments to guide the flow of work and achieve consistent results


Qualifications, Skills & Experience (including but are not limited to)


●       Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and multitasking abilities


●       Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.


●       Ability to demonstrate common sense, critical thinking, and logical reasoning in a fast-paced environment


Requirements:


●       Valid driver’s license
